Our Story

The Story Behind CareJar

Mental health is often invisible — especially in student life. While grades and attendance are measured, emotions are often overlooked. CareJar was born from a simple yet powerful idea:

What if the same system that tracks your progress could also care for your wellbeing?

Our journey began with hosting wellbeing sessions across colleges. We saw first-hand how exam pressure, anxiety, and burnout quietly affect focus, friendships, and everyday life. These sessions revealed one common truth: students often suffer in silence, and support comes too late.

That’s when CareJar took shape — a platform built just for students, where technology meets empathy. Using gentle digital tools, reflections, and guided support, CareJar makes emotional wellbeing visible in a safe, ethical way.

We’re not here to judge or grade your feelings — we’re here to help you understand them, build resilience, and get support before challenges become crises.

CareJar is created by a team of technologists, mental health advocates, and educators who believe every student deserves a safe space to grow.

💙 It’s more than a platform — it’s a movement to make student wellbeing visible, valued, and supported every day.
